Privacy Policy

11x12 Solutions (“we”, “us”) provides outdoor design and construction planning in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what information we collect through 11x12.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name and email address, and phone number if you choose to provide it.
• Project information — your postal code, the features you select, your project description, approximate dimensions, and the photo of your property you upload to the project planner.
• Planner activity — which concept images you prefer, revision requests, and whether you request a consultation, so we can serve your project better.
• Technical data — IP addresses (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and basic usage analytics that help us improve the site.

How we use it

• To generate your project assessment, concept visualizations, and preliminary planning range.
• To follow up with you about your project and, if you request one, schedule a consultation.
• To improve the planner — for example, learning which concept styles homeowners prefer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

AI processing

The project planner uses artificial intelligence. When you use it, your uploaded photo and project details are processed by third-party AI providers — currently OpenAI and Google — to produce the project summary, scope assessment, and concept visualizations you see. This processing happens under those providers’ API terms, which restrict how they may use the data. Your contact details are not included in what is sent to AI providers.

Where your information lives

Project submissions are stored in our database and file storage (hosted by Supabase), the website is hosted by Vercel, and notification emails are delivered by Resend. These providers may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.

Sharing

If your project includes a deck build, we may share your project details with the appropriate Hickory Dickory Decks territory so the right team can serve you. Beyond that and the service providers above, we do not share your information.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while it remains relevant to your inquiry or project. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email jchouse112@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions are always welcome at the email above.
